The die-hard, the superfan, we've all heard the terms before. Whatever you want to call this group of degenerates, just remember, we wouldn't have nearly as good of a time watching sporting events if it weren't for the shenanigans these fans provide. From crazy dance moves, to ridiculous costumes, they certainly get into the spirit of the game. Love 'em or hate 'em, they're a part of the show. Who else would we laugh and snicker at during breaks in the action? You check your phone at halftime if you want, dawg. We're looking for some crazy, uncoordinated fans breaking it down in section 400. Hey, they put all that effort into making that costume and practicing that dance move in front of the mirror.

So, in celebration of another NBA season (which really starts after Christmas), we've scoured the confines of the Internet to come up with 25 Pictures of Crazy NBA Fans.

Dallas Mavericks

The best part of this photo is the "you want a piece" pose that these bros got going on. Like how dare you give us a dirty look for running around in our underwear and body paint. What are these guys supposed to be anyway, some sort of Mavericks super heroes? Awesome bro. Is this Halloween? I thought ya'll were going to a basketball game. FOH.

Philadelphia 76ers

This dude is a Philly legend at Sixers games. He doesn't use any signs or loud chants to get in opponents heads. Nope, he pulls up his shirt and shakes his gargantuan belly to throw off opposing free-throw shooters. Don't believe us? Just ask Kevin Garnett.

Orlando Magic

We knew it all along, Hulk Hogan is a Magic fan. You have to give props to this crew though, Howard jumps ship, and they still come out in full force to cheer for their team. Salute to all the real fans out there.

Boston Celtics

We love the NBA fatheads, no question. Extra points for the great contrast here too, the intensity of KG, and the casual look of Pierce. Class, Boston, class. Except for the part where you're blocking the view. Sit yo' ass down!

Oklahoma City Thunder

We wonder if these two compete in WWE tag-team matches. We would like them to get into a steel cage match to death againt the Dudleys.

San Antonio Spurs

Imagine watching the game with this dude at the bar. He'd probably hold that belt up with every mention of a Spurs championship. Check please!

Seattle Supersonics

They just look like a defeated bunch, don't they? We get it. They picked up your team, and moved it to Oklahoma City. A team that now challenges in the West, and could be packing the rafters nightly in Seattle. But, it's over, move on. And stop showing up at random sporting events to plead your case. SMH

Dallas Mavericks

We're at a loss for words here. The more detail that goes into one painting their head as a giant basketball, the more we fear for the safety of fans everywhere. This dude even has the David Stern insignia on his face.

Source

New Olreans Hornets

For this Hornets fan it's obviously Mardi Gras all the time. We love that little umbrella too, classic New Orleans. We only wonder what he's sippin' from that koozie?

New York Knicks

Cue the cliche Asian-American "Knicks" fans who all became die-hards when Jeremy Lin came into town. We wonder how many of these folks are going to Knicks games this year? We'll wait.

Source

Los Angeles Lakers

Hey, it's the Burger King. He changed his colors a bit, and shed his old duds for a Lakers poncho, but we're pretty sure that's him.

Oklahoma City Thunder

This motley crew looks like the Justice League gone horribly, horribly wrong. Throw on some makeshift capes and masks, catch a Thunder game, go back to fighting crime.

Source

Cleveland Cavaliers

Here's Varejao with some of his many children. It looks like these kids belong at a party with Frodo Baggins and co.

Oklahoma City Thunder

We hope this man is banned from Chesapeake Energy Arena for life. We're going to have nightmares of 7-foot zits now. *barf*

Indiana Pacers

Good to see the Geico caveman can get work outside of the auto-insurance field. Who knew the dude was a Pacers fan?

Portland Trailblazers

First off, this is way too official. Professional shading, airbrushing, stenciling; is this a trailblazers game or Cirque du Soleil? At least the dude had the good sense to close his eyes during the process, this leads us to believe he's not intoxicated. Which begs the question. Why is he doing this in the first place? Whatever, we're sure that lightning bolt will look sick.

Dallas Mavericks

Hey we respect the whole "MFFL" thing the Mavs got going on. Whether it started on Twitter or Marc Cuban ran through the streets of Dallas naked screaming it, the thing stuck. But come on, painting it on your forehead doesn't make you any more of a fan. At least someone snapped the big guy mid war-cry, or whatever the hell he's doing. And for the love of God we hope that's not a full bodysuit.

Los Angeles Lakers

Well, it is Hollywood, right? For all we know that's Birdman Andersen taking in the action. Laker Bros. FTW!

Source

Miami Heat

Here's our question, is that the car you drive to work or is this just for game day? Either way this is clearly taking your fandom to the next level. Biscayne Boulevard still doesn't know what hit it. It's all well and good to show your team loyalty but let's remember, paint your face and it washes off, paint your car and...

New Orleans Hornets

This is great. This dude has the "nah, I don't know about this" look written all over his face. He thought he was just coming out to see the Hornets game now he's messed up in all kinds of face painting fuckery. What is it with New Orleans and over the top?

Source

Cleveland Cavaliers

Here's why Cavs fans love Anderson Varejao, he's as much a fan as he is a player. Just kidding fam, but the resemblance is, well, you see the picture.

Oklahoma City Thunder

We have to ask, is that a baby strapped to this dude, or another beard growing out of his chest. SMH, not the kids too.

Source

Dallas Mavericks

Wow, Mavs fans are really starting to steal the show in this gallery. This reminds us of an alternate where's Waldo attempt gone horribly, horribly wrong.

Source

New York Knicks

We all remember this dude for his 15 minutes of fame last season. Fam made a blow up of his own buggeyed face, and would hold it up when opposing teams shot free-throws. Don't know if it helped the Knicks, but it's certainly scaring the shit out of us.

Source

Indiana Pacers

We get it, the Pacers haven't been relevant since Reggie Miller was killing the Knicks, but take it easy fam. Can this dude even see the game through those things? He probably thinks he's watching the Colts. He has taken the term "suprefan" to new heights.
