Joel Embiid #21 of the Philadelphia 76ers walks off the court after injuring his finger.

Things literally went left for Joel Embiid when he suffered a dislocated finger in Monday's game against the Oklahoma City Thunder.

Late in the first quarter, Embiid moved off of defending Steven Adams to contest Darius Bazley's drive to the basket, and somewhere in-between all of that commotion, his ring finger took a sharp turn in the wrong direction.

Warning, if you don't want to see the injury you should probably close this tab.

Any NBA fan who saw Embiid's name coupled with the word "injured" would obviously look into the matter to make sure that he was OK. But what they ended up seeing was a sight that most weren't fully prepared for.

*at the game* huh, looks like Embiid is hurt. Hope it’s not too bad.

Do me a favor, @NBCSPhilly. Keep showing Embiid’s finger. I’ve been wondering what all 3 meals of the day looked like mashed together.
