Once again, the NBA is taking steps to regulate tattoos. Except this time, it's not JR Smith and his Supreme tattoo, but instead, the target is Lakers guard, Lonzo Ball, who was forced to cover up the tat of the logo for his Big Baller Brand.

LaVar Ball and the Ball family have turned their talents into a multi-million dollar brand. Through LaVar's unconventional approach to coaching and the skills of Lonzo, LiAngelo, and LaMelo the Big Baller Brand logo is quickly becoming a recognizable symbol. However, despite BBB being his family business, the NBA still took the time to reach out to Lonzo and casually remind him that league rules forbid players from wearing/displaying any commercial logos or corporate insignia that isn't associated with the NBA on their body or in their hair.

This goes for the Ball family's homegrown million dollar business, which led Lonzo to cover up his BBB tattoo. He'll have to do that for the rest of the season to avoid a per-game fine and/or other disciplinary actions.
