Kylian Mbappé is cementing his place as the new poster boy of French football.
After a sparkling breakthrough season that's seen the 18-year-old shake up the Champions League, lead AS Monaco to the brink of the Ligue 1 glory and score 25 goals in all competitions, Nike Football are rewarding Kylian Mbappé with his first pair of personalised boots.
Mbappé has been blessed with a pesonalised release in the limited edition NIKEiD x Monaco pack, which is inspired by the club’s colours and heritage, which celebrates AS Monaco’s 2016-17 performance this season with the prize of landing the club’s first league title in 17 years up for grabs.
One of the boots featured in the collection are Kylian Mbappé’s Hypervenom 3 boots which feature a red and white upper embellished by a white swoosh and the seal of 2017.
AS Monaco embodies a philosophy of fast, free flowing and, at times, instinctive football. As an attacking force, Mbappe, Radamel Falcao and Tiemoué Bakayoko have scored to date 37 goals and 12 assists through the season.
The collection also features a Magista 2 NIKEiD x Monaco boot and a Tiempo VI NIKEiD x Monaco, as worn by Danijel Subasic, AS Monaco goalkeeper.
