If you're like us, you've probably spent the last 12 hours trying to fill out your NCAA Tournament bracket. Arkansas or Wofford? VCU or Ohio State? Iowa or Davidson? WE NEED ANSWERS!

You've still got a few days until you need to make your final picks, though. So rather than spending your Monday morning stressing out over whether or not you should put Gonzaga into your Final Four this year (ehhh), watch John Oliver's take on the tourney on last night's episode of Last Week Tonight with John Oliver. In the 20-minute segment, he makes a lot of the usual arguments against the NCAA—they don't pay players despite making billions of dollars every year, etc.—but he makes them in such a smart way that you'll come thisclose to tearing up your bracket and swearing off the NCAA Tournament forever.

We promise that you'll be over Oliver's rant by the time the Hampton/Manhattan play-in game tips off tomorrow night. But if nothing else, this clip will serve as a reminder that, even though tournament time is one of the best times of the year, there are still a lot of things that the NCAA could and should be doing better when it comes to its treatment of student-athletes. Press play to see what we mean.
