This is a bad slip of the tongue from Colin Cowherd. Actually, let's not call it a slip. Let's call it Cowherd's True Colors. On his radio program this morning, Cowherd was seeding all of the states in order of how much he likes them. A very lame idea, yes, but the discussion heated up when the great state of Oregon had its merits questioned Cowherd's co-host.
Cowherd didn't stand for the Oregon slander, and went on to defend the state by pointing out how its people are: 1) Wonderful, 2) Mostly White, and 3) Heavy beer and wine drinkers. I can imagine that these are the first three things Cowherd evaluates in an individual while meeting new folks.
If you're a wonderful, white drinker from Oregon, expect a Christmas card from the Cowherds this year.
