Brock Lesnar hasn't fought in the octagon since 2011, and now that'll remain true through eternity. That's because, this evening, Lesnar closed the door on any potential return by officially retiring in an interview with ESPN's Michelle Beadle. After wrapping up his career in the UFC, Lesnar saved the best news for last and announced that he re-signed with the WWE. His contract was officially set to expire when Wrestlemania 31 concluded this upcoming Sunday.

Lesnar is, of course, the current WWE World Heavyweight Champ, a title he's held since Summerslam last August. He'll be putting his belt on the line this weekend against Roman Reigns. Now that Lesnar's inked for several more years, the outcome of that match switches from a Reigns shoo-in to being very much up in the air.
