When will Chris Paul learn that, sometimes, it's just better to keep your mouth shut. A few days ago, Paul took some heat for his comments about first-year female NBA referee, Lauren Holtkamp. After getting slapped with a $25K fine for publicly criticizing a ref, Paul learned that there are those moments where staying quiet is the best option, right?
Well, maybe you just can't teach an old dog new tricks. During today's game between the Los Angeles Clippers and Oklahoma City Thunder, Paul buried a mid-range jumper as an over-matched Mitch McGary attempted to guard him. Before making his way to the other side of the court, CP3 decided to bark something at the Thunder bench. Whatever it was, Kevin Durant gave him the "look at the scoreboard" treatment, repeatedly saying, "You're down 20 now, homie."
