Usually a dunk alone isn't worthy of its own news headline unless:
- It's a particularly ferocious dunk.
- It's against the team that drafted you No. 1, then traded you before your first game.
- It's a slow news day.
If two of those three things were true we'd still run this Andrew Wiggins dunk against the Cavs, but when all three get checked off it's a no-brainer. The fact that he did it by driving past Shawn Marion (who's literally almost twice his age) makes no difference because he made up for it by throwing down on Kevin Love (the Cavs' major Wiggins trade target).
That being said the Timberwolves lost by more than 20, 125-104. But, who cares about wins and losses? Those are really just formalities anyway.
