Timofey Mozgov is not a bad player. He averaged 9.4 points, 6.4 rebounds, and 1.2 blocks per game for the Nuggets last season. But if you punch "Mozgov dunk" into a YouTube search, you'd never know that the guy is a pretty solid center. Because just about all the videos of him on YouTube feature dunk-related fails (though, in fairness, he does have a couple like this as well).
The most famous Mozgov video of all is the one of him getting destroyed by Blake Griffin. But now, the video above—which is from last night's Nuggets/Lakers preseason game—will also start popping up. It features Mozgov taking a pass from Ty Lawson, going up for an easy dunk, and…D'OH! He gets rejected. By the rim.
You're better than this, big man. So please do better next time.
