Colin Kaepernick is going to have a baby! With a fitness model! She just announced it on Instagram!
That's what a lot of gossip blogs were reporting late yesterday (see here, here, and here) after fitness model Brittany Renner posted a photo of the 49ers quarterback on IG along with the caption, "Preggers by @kaepernick7."

A lot of those same blogs reported that Kaepernick and Renner have been "dating" in recent months, which made the pregnancy announcement somewhat believable. And while no one confirmed that Renner was actually telling the truth, the belief was that Kaepernick and Renner were expecting.
But hooooooold up. After a lot of the initial "Colin Kaepernick is going to have a baby!" posts started going up, Renner realized what people were reporting and changed her tune. She deleted her original IG post and replaced it with one that featured the same photo but a different caption.
Instead of "Preggers," her caption said, "Perfection." And she didn't stop there. Renner also took to IG again about two hours ago and posted this:
And while she has a point—way too many sites took her original photo and caption and ran with it—she does realize that she was the one who started all of this, right? And that she is the one who said something that people believed, right? And that she was the one who gave the rumor about her being pregnant by Kaepernick legs, right? *shrugs* Just checking.
Now, let's all move on. But let this be a lesson to everyone who uses social media: People will believe what you say when you say it, so watch what you put out online.

We're not sure if this is a direct response to Renner, but Kaepernick just posted this photo on Instagram a short time ago along with the caption, "We just goin call this my anthem now! Keep trying."
