On Monday, we reported on a fight which took place last Sunday between a group of San Francisco 49ers fans in Levi's Stadium, including a video which had been posted by another man on the scene. The video showed two men savagely beating two other 49ers fans in a bathroom, a fight which was allegedly sparked by one man tapping another on the shoulder to let him know that a bathroom stall had become available. Which, y'know, in the interest of keeping a line moving, is more or less considered a common courtesy.

However, the receiver of the tap, a 27-year-old man named Amador Rebollero, did not react so kindly, pulling the tapper from the line and knocking him down to the ground with one punch. Immediately after, another Niners jumped into the fight to try and defend the man who had been KO'ed. Then yet another fan came in—reportedly Dario Rebollero, Amador's brother—and knocked this man down as well. To put it lightly, the brawl was a disgusting and unnecessary mess.

Now, the Rebollero's are facing consequences for their crimes after being arraigned on felony assault charges Wednesday afternoon. One of their victims was released from the hospital, but the other remains in serious condition after undergoing partial skull removal due to bleeding in the brain. He is also suffering from partial paralysis.

This incident isn't the Rebolleros' first run-in with the law either. According to The Fresno Bee, the two have been convicted on charges of assault with a deadly weapon, hit and run, animal cruelty, reckless driving, vehicle theft, drug possession and gun possession in the past.

Amador and Dario are being held on bails of $350K and $75K, respectively. They will be allowed to enter pleas for their case on October 30.
