The short program in ladies team figure skating competition brought one of the top three moments of the Olympics so far. That's not a punchline to make another jab at the sport or anything.
United States competitor Ashley Wagner was waiting in anticipation for her score when she received 63.10. That put her in fourth behind Japan's competitor Mao Asada, who fell during her performance. That's not good enough for Wagner as you can see above.
What's interesting is what words are possibly coming from her lips in this scene. You can make an assumption, but the audio limitations of a GIF makes it hard to make conclusions. Possible things she could've said include:
- "Bullock." She randomly remembered who starred in Gravity: Sandra Bullock.
- "Bollocks." She was trying to figure out what's going to be the music for her next performance and decided a song from the Sex Pistols' Never Mind the Bollocks, Here's the Sex Pistols would work. It's pure coincidence that last syllable looks like "shit" on the GIF.
- "Pulp it." English band Pulp is also a possibility.
- "Bulls? Shit!" The existence of the Running of the Bulls shocks her in random moments.
The possibilities are endless, folks.
