Robbing an armored truck might be one of the most difficult types of heists (we obviously know from so much experience), due to the incredibly high surveillance, strict pick up and drop off schedules, and the people who guard the truck. Not to mention it's ... well, armored. That didn't stop a Brooklyn criminal from attempting, and succeeding, to hold up a truck outside a Pay-O-Matic in Canarsie, Brooklyn.
So what's his secret? How did he penetrate what's supposed to be a secure situation? Well, he knocked on the door. And the driver thought it was his partner. That's it. Then the robber forced the driver to head to Linden Blvd. and Rockaway Pkwy Brownsville. The loot? Only $500,000, just a small purse.
