Thinks are not looking good for the Scooter Store. The company filed for bankruptcy protection this week after the FBI raided their corporate headquarter in Texas last month. The ensuing investigation found that the Scooter Store had been handing out scooters to seniors who didn't need them - and making insurance companies foot the bill!
It's a sad day for the Scooter Store and for all the insomniacs who were lulled to tender sleep by the company's incredibly cheesy late-night infomercials.
