17. TVR Sagaris
Notable Features: 0-62 mph time of 3.7 seconds, 4.0-L, 380 hp, top speed of 185 mph, no safety features whatsoever to speak of
Complex Says: TVR was a small British company that painstakingly built each car that left its shop by hand. These cars were built as pure sacrifices to the gods of speed, built with no modern safety concessions whatsoever. Company owner and all-around mad car guy Peter Wheeler's opinion was that such devices encouraged “overconfidence” in drivers.
