The NBA thinks the fans can decide All-Stars after only seven games, so why can't the Sacramento Kings decide if they like the way Paul Westphal has coached? The Kings fired Westphal, who amassed a 51-120 record over his tenure, after starting 2-5 this season. The Kings have averaged 92 points this year, given up 102.4, and have been in disarray from the start. Disgruntled second-year center DeMarcus Cousins and Westphal have developed a rotten relationship, adding to the reasoning behind the Kings' decision. Assistant coach Keith Smart will step in as the interim coach.
