From the players' perspective, the NFL and the NFL owners are trying to force them to sign an unfavorable collective bargaining agreement in order to end the lockout. And at least one NFL player thinks there's no difference between what the NFL is doing right now and the urban myth about Suge Knight hanging Vanilla Ice over a hotel balcony back in the day to get him to sign a record contract.
"The NFL is not Suge Knight," Panthers defensive back Gerald Alexander wrote on Twitter last night. "They not gonna hang us out a window and make us sign something lol."
Hmmm...Not a bad analogy, Gerald. Not bad at all. Now will you guys please just sign something so that we can start scheduling our fantasy football drafts? [via Hot Clicks]
