Best known for its Quattro AWD system, that's dominated many a track and snowy road alike, Audi has a lot more going for it than traction control. Mixing racing experience with its partnership with the German Ski Association, the four-ringed Marquis—along with Head—has built some of the most intriguing skis ever to be seen.
Starting with a wooden core, the dynamic duo sandwiched the planks in aluminum and titanium, finished off with a rich, racy coat of carbon fiber. Said to be roughly 200 grams lighter than the average pair of skis, they're just a concept for now—but are being tested for production potential.
