If you've ever wanted to run out your house in a fit of rage because of all the ugly sweaters around you, we've found a solution to your holiday woes.

According to the folks behind The Ugly Sweater Run, the point of their annual holiday 5k isn't to get serious about running, if the following sentence doesn't say it all - "Runners and walkers dress up in their worst holiday sweaters, maybe have some holiday drinks before lining up at the start line." Essentially, it's a boozed up holiday party in the form of a 3.1 mile long run, equipped with all the cheesy holiday spirit we've grown to love/hate. Anything with an award for Best Real Mustache at the end is game for us. We suggest you break out the vintage runners for this race.
