Toni Kukoc's first run-in with Michael Jordan could have gone better. It was during the '92 Olympics, and both Jordan and Scottie Pippen were outraged that the 23-year-old Croat was so beloved by Jerry Krause, who had selected him in the second round of the 1990 Draft and was desperately trying to get him to sign with the Bulls. So Jordan and Pippen made it their mission to hound him all over the court, just to show him who the real alpha dogs were. Eventually Kukoc did sign with the Bulls, and became a key part of the second three-peat team. And he even wound up getting PE versions of Mike's signature shoes in his size 16. These black/metallic silver Retro Vs are pretty sweet—if huge.
