After turning models like the Air Jordan VI and Flyknit Chukka into green-ready golf shoes, Nike's giving the country club treatment to one of its most well-known sneakers.

Meet the LunarForce 1 G, a golf shoe version of the seminal Nike Air Force 1. At a glance, it's the same silhouette that's found its way into the closets of every cool guy and girl, but it's undergone a few changes to help it perform better on the course.

Its white leather upper has been given a waterproof treatment for rainy days, while Lunarlon cushioning is added to keep you comfortable through all 18 holes. Down low, Nike Waffle lugs provide traction so you won't lose your footing during crucial shots.

This LunarForce 1 G drops this Friday, April 1 from nike.com.
