Is Nike Going to Release a 'Friday the 13th' LeBron XIII?

After a brief hiatus from posting his latest LeBron sneaker hauls, Da Real Lambo — better known as the rapper who married LeBron James' mother — is back at it with an early look at an upcoming Nike LeBron XIII colorway.

Said to be inspired by one of James' favorite horror movies, these "Friday the 13th" LeBrons feature a mostly white upper with several gruesome allusions to the film. Blood-like red splatters cover the midsole, while the tongue features a script that reads "13."

Although there's no official word, it's safe to assume that this colorway does in fact carry a Freddy Krueger theme. Hopefully, they don't wind up with the same fate as 2007's scrapped "Freddy Krueger" SB Dunk Lows.
