The New Balance 997 continues to make a strong case for best Made in U.S.A. silhouette with a new monochromatic colorway.

Officially designated as the M997BBK, this 997 opts for a majority black upper with hits of white at the overlays, liner, and branding. Down low, a white midsole is sandwiched by a black outsole, resulting in one of the most refined looks yet for these retro runners.

Best of all, it looks like this pair will arrive right on time for cold weather, as Extra Butter is teasing a release in the near future. Meanwhile, the sneakers were also spotted on Oneness last night, but have since been removed. Either way, it's safe to say these will be made available in the coming weeks, so be sure to keep your eyes peeled.
