Over 100 Georgia elementary school students are finishing off the school year in fresh sneakers thanks to anonymous donors.

Students from J.L. Lomax Elementary School in Valdosta, Georgia were rewarded for their perfect attendance with a sneaker shopping trip at nearby Academy Sports. According to WCTV, the program, which is in its fourth year, was for students who had attended the first 100 days of school.

"It's beneficial to have rewards in place, incentives in place to help encourage them to make good choices," said school counselor Jessica LaFiles. "So that way, hopefully they'll continue to make good choices as they move on to middle, high school and later on in life in college, and their careers as well."

A total of 104 students walked away with new shoes during this year's trip, up by nearly two dozen from last year.
