Adidas Football has added another star to its roster with the signing of Houston Texans receiver DeAndre Hopkins.

Hopkins has been tabbed to be the face of the adizero Franchise - the lightest cleat in football - and will also be utilized to help promote additional adizero products and accessories along with appearances in adidas Originals campaigns beginning this summer.

Commenting on adidas, Hopkins stated, "adidas has built a ton of energy with their combination of innovation and style and I wanted to partner with them to help build on this momentum. I felt this was the perfect fit for me because adidas is already known for speed and I am excited about the potential to get involved with their work in fashion and culture - such as helping to bring a ‘cleathead’ culture to life."

Following in the footsteps of former Texans great, Andre Johnson, Hopkins has emerged as the team's star receiver and is regarded as one of the best in the NFL. He joins a stacked adidas roster that also includes Green Bay's star quarterback Aaron Rodgers, recent Super Bowl MVP Von Miller on the Denver Broncos, shutdown corner Josh Norman of the Redskins, and stud running back DeMarco Murray of the Tennessee Titans.
