Classic old school video games serve as the inspiration for Vans and Nintendo's upcoming collaboration.
The collection will certainly have many old-school gamers and sneakerheads feeling nostalgic with many reminiscing about their childhood and the countless hours playing these classics. Amongst the tiles featured are Donkey Kong, Super Mario Brothers, Duck Hunt, and The Adventures of Zelda. The games and its characters are represented with all-over graphic prints on the Vans Old-Skool, SK8-Hi, SK8-Hi Slim, and the Classic Slip-On. Another cool detail is the use of original cover art for the games which can be seen on the tongues of some of the models.
