The first full week of 2020 boasts a handful of noteworthy releases inclduing retro runners from Nike, a wider launch of Concepts' latest collab, and Pharrell's take on another new model from Adidas.
Drops kick off on Thursday with the "Volt" and "Hyper Grape" Air Max 90, as well as the second colorway of Russell Westbrook's Why Not Zer0.3. On Friday, Nike Basketball delivers a more widespread release of the Concepts x Nike Kyrie 6 collection and "What The" Zoom Freak 1. Releases conclude on Saturday with the "Black/Gym Red" Air Jordan XIII, "Yeshaya" Adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2, and two pairs of the Adidas 4D Runner Mid, courtesy of Pharrell.

Nike Air Max 90

What You Need to Know: Throughout the year, Nike will be celebrating the 30th anniversary of the Air Max 90 with a ton of retro releases. While many are going to be patiently waiting for the rumored return of the "Bacon" colorway, the year is starting off with some more OG-esque drops. The "Volt" and "Hyper Grape" will both hit shelves this Thursday. Each boasts a white mesh and grey suede upper, black leather mudguard, and each respective color detailing various spots across the remainder of the design.

Jordan Why Not Zer0.3 'The Family'
Price: $130
When: Thursday, Jan. 9 at 10 a.m.

What You Need to Know: The second colorway of Russell Westbrook's Why Not Zer0.3 is dropping soon. Aptly nicknamed "The Family," the predominatly black color scheme honors the point guard's family. It is accented by various gold detailing and a semi-translucent midfoot strap.
Concepts x Nike Kyrie 6 Collection
Price: $110-$140
When: Friday, Jan. 10 at 10 a.m.

What You Need to Know: Following a limited release over the holidays exclusively at Concepts, the brand's latest Kyrie project with Nike is getting a wider release on Friday. The adult-sized "Khepri" and kid-sized "Golden Mummy" colorways of the Kyrie 6 each take unique inspiration from ancient Egypt, a theme that has been carried over from last year's "Ikhet" Kyrie 5.

Nike Zoom Freak 1 'What The'
Price: TBD
When: Friday, Jan. 10 at 10 a.m.

What You Need to Know: Giannnis Antetokounmpo's Zoom Freak 1 is the latest Nike sneaker to be given the "What The" treatment. The mismatched pair is covered in various bright colors. Despite its release a month prior, it was originally rumored to be the Greek Freak's shoes for the 2020 All-Star Game in Chicago.
Air Jordan XIII 'Black/Gym Red'
Price: $190
When: Saturday, Jan. 11 at 10 a.m.
Where: Nike SNKRS and other select retailers
What You Need to Know: The Air Jordan XIII returns to market in a brand new colorway this weekend. The simplistic pair resembles many of the OG XIIIs with a black leather upper, white accents, and subtle red branding hits.
Adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2 'Yeshaya'
Price: $220
When: Saturday, Jan. 11 at 10 a.m.
Where: adidas.com and other select retailers
What You Need to Know: Another colorway of the Adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2 is on the way. Despite being a new pair, dubbed "Yeshaya," this white and grey makeup with a gum bottom is vageuly similar to a handful of 350 V2s we saw release last year. If you don't have any of those and want a clean everyday pair to add to the rotation, these are a good option. While this weekend's release is a China exclusive, fans stateside will get their chance to cop later this month on Jan. 25.
Pharrell x Adidas 4D
Price: $400
When: Saturday, Jan. 11 at 10 a.m.
Where: adidas.com and other select retailers
What You Need to Know: Pharrell grows his catalog of collabs with Adidas with two colorways of the 4D Runner Mid. One features a purple base, while the other opts for olive green. Each is completed with an "Hu" branding tab on the lateral ankle collar, contrasting heel pull tab, white Three Stripes, and a 4D-printed mint green midsole.
