Shanghai retailer Unik has dropped a surprise collaboration with Reebok on the Answer 1 to celebrate its 15th anniversary.
This pair of Allen Iverson's second signature model sports a grey hairy suede upper, brown nubuck wrapping the mud guard, and jagged contrast stitching on the model's unique tongue setup. Said to be inspired by the mascot of Iverson's alma mater, other details include tonal Reebok branding on the tongue and side panel, a Unik branding tag by the toe, a matching grey midsole, green I3 badge on the heel, and The Answer's bulldog tattoo from his left arm re-printed on the insole. The major feature of this collab is its glow-in-the-dark outsole.
The Unik x Reebok Answer 1 is currently available overseas at retailers like Billy's Tokyo for ¥21,600 (app. $190). It is rumored to hit the states on Saturday, Nov. 17 via reebok.com as well.
