Nike is not done dropping new renditions of the Air Max 97 just yet. The popular runner's 20th anniversary has come and gone, but there is at least a few more pairs to expect at retailers in 2018—three new colorways of the updated Air Max 97 Ultra.

The standout pair from the three is a spin on the popular "Grape" color scheme. Purple mesh makes up a majority of the upper, while white welded overlays replace the traditional paneling used on the 97 upper to make the silhouette more lightweight. Other details include a textured white leather mudguard, white branding, and teal hits along the side walls and full-length Air Max unit.

The model will also be dropping in a "Sprite" colorway that swaps out the purple and teal for royal blue and pastel yellow along the upper, as well as a black and red iteration.

Similars colorways have been used on the OG Air Max 97 in the past. A purple and teal scheme was used on a women's pair that originally dropped back in 2009, while the "Royal/Neon" pair made an appearance just last year.

An official release date for these three pairs has yet to be announced, but expect them to hit select Nike retailers in the near future for $160 each.
