Following news of a European release date earlier this week, there is new information regarding a New York City-exclusive drop of the Atmos x Nike "Animal" pack.
Both pairs will be available at Atmos NYC on Friday, March 2. Ahead of the release, customers will have to secure pairs through a reservation system on the Nike SNKRS app on Thursday, March 1. As of right now, the start time for the reservation has not been revealed and will likely begin randomly at some point during the day. New York residents hoping to scoop these anticipated sneakers should keep one eye on their phones.
The Atmos x Nike "Animal" pack is a sequel to the wildly (pun intended) popular animal print-covered Air Max 1 and Air Max 95 collaborations from 2006. These new versions sport minor tweaks, such as replacing the cream pony hair with black. Retail pricing for the pairs still has yet to be made official.
