This is the summer of the adidas Stan Smith, and there's nothing we can do about it but wear the white-and-green sneakers. If the all-leather version is too warm for the middle of summer, adidas has crafted a breezier version of the tennis sneaker that incorporates its Primeknit technology.
Thought to release next weekend at select European retailers, the Stan Smith Primeknit will be available Saturday, June 7, at Solemart Paris, according to adidas.
The event, which is hosted by La MJC and Solebox, will take place at Bastille Design Center, a three-story venue, where Europe's sneakerheads can buy, trade, and sell their sneakers — or just come to talk sneaker culture. Oh, and pick up their Primeknit Stans, too.
