Ronnie Fieg Teases High-End Sneaker Collaboration
There's another Ronnie Fieg x Buscemi sneaker collaboration coming out.
Two of the footwear industry's biggest designers are coming together on a major collaboration.
Ronnie Fieg is teaming up with Jon Buscemi to release a high-end sneaker under Buscemi's eponymous label. Recall that the two worked together nearly a year ago and dropped an $800 sneaker, the Buscemi 100mm, that was hand-made in Italy using super premium veg tan. As a follow-up release, the two are dropping an entirely new silhouette.
The Ronnie Fieg x Buscemi 110mm, which was teased by Fieg on social media recently, appears to be inspired by the Air Jordan 1 "Bred." Not only is the color scheme obviously black and red, but the color-blocking itself—a red toe box with a matching heel counter and black overlays—follows the theme of the "Bred" 1s closely.
