Year Released: 1990

Reebok went hard with the Pump Technology in the early '90s and used it in just about every category including tennis. After the far more well-known Court Victory, Reebok hooked up Michael Chang with the Reebok Tennis Pump DL Lo. Reebok moved the Pump mechanism from the tongue to the side panel to allow for a sleeker look and a tighter fit. They literally wanted you to Pump Up and Air Out!

Year Released: 1994

Outdoor hoop shoes were a big deal in the early '90s and Reebok's Blacktop series was the frontrunner of the category with a number of designs, including the Central Park. We may not associate New York's Central Park with basketball (although there are courts in there, we assure you), but we can surely reminisce about Muggsy Bogues running circles around defenders in the Reebok Central Park.

The late '80s and early '90s served as a hotbed for multi-sport athletes. Reebok helped provide for these extremely talented individuals with a whole crop of cross-training shoe including the SXT line. Complete with the Reebok E.R.S. (Energy Return System), it would be nice to get a pair of these in hand. Pump or non-Pump, either works.

Year Released: 1994

If you don't count Kazaam, everything else Shaq touched was amazing... okay... though we admit it would be cool to see the Reebok Shaq Sandal make a triumphant return, we have to say we aren't sure if we would wear it with or without socks.

Year Released: 1987

Earlier this year our friends at Packer Shoes brought us a Classic Leather homage to the original Reebok Aztec from 1979, but we say lets go all the way. The styles and colors of the '80s seem to be creeping back into popular culture and now would be the perfect time to give the later Aztec a run.

Year Released: 1977

Created before most of us were born, the Reebok Gazelle takes its name from the company's namesake and would be welcomed back today in a casual setting. The old school runner's styling would be perfect for those that like to "cool hunt".

Year Released: 1985

Simple and to the point. No flash, no flair - not even a Vector - but the ACT 600 was a serious tennis shoe in its day. The Phase One's bigger, tougher brother.

Year Released: 2004

Hard to believe that the Reebok Answer VIII is almost 10 years old. The red/white colorway was one of our favorites and we hope the Swizzy-led Classics division gets on the ball and gets this one back on the shelves. It's never too soon to be nostalgic.

Though Reebok has transitioned the "Rush" name to the Ziglite running category, back in 1997 the name was synonymous with Cowboys running back Emmitt Smith and his Hexalite-fortified turf trainers. Come to think of it, he did a lot of running on the field back then. We see what you did there, Reebok.

In addition to the Reebok Prophet, Glenn Robinson made headway in the Reebok Rail. Featuring Hexalite and a nubuck upper, the midcut model was gritty enough to fit Glenn's hardnosed style of play.

Fans of the Milwaukee Bucks are already aware of Glenn "Big Dog" Robinson and the Reebok Prophet. For the rest of you, it is the shoe that Glenn wore during his 1996-1997 season when he dunked and smashed on anyone willing to get in his way.

Year Released: 1990

2009 saw the return of the Reebok AXT, and though that was only a few years ago, the landscape for retros has totally changed. We saw some love on the model with a collab with Extra Butter and one with Bodega, but we should definitely get a general release of some classic colors.

The simple old-school style of the Reebok Rafter would have been enough for it to make our list. However, considering that Glenn Robinson, Dee Brown, and Sam Cassell also gave it some burn makes us want it that much more.

Also known as the Reebok X-Beam Franchise Mid, this shoe was given its biggest highlight when Jason Richardson rocked them in the 2002 Dunk contest. They also were a little ahead of their time with the decoupled midsole and X-Beam technology.

As with most sneakerheads, the return of the original Shaq Attaq is a good thing. We just hope that the return keeps going and we get to see the Reebok Shaq Attaq Insta Pump IV return along with the CO2 cartridge. Leave 'em high, please.

Even back in 1993, these would have been a tough get — it's not like Foot Locker and Athlete's Foot were stocking too many volleyball shoes. But those other indoor court sports should be ripe pickings for retro products. The never-seen-those-before factor is one aspect, as is the prevalence of those beautiful gum rubber soles.

Hexalite cushioning and a very familiar shape, the Reebok Shaq Preacher Ice was Big Diesel's sneaker of choice during his 1996 USA basketball run. For this look, Reebok was definitely blending styles between Big Shaq and Allen Iverson, which we can't be mad at. That is the craziest midsole ever.

Year Released: 1995

Named for one position, worn by another. Tyus Edney wore the Reebok Swingman in college, Muggsy Bogues wore it in the NBA, and neither of them would have ever been mistaken for a shooting guard or small forward. Neither of them really got "Above The Rim," either, but that's a discussion for another time.

With the advent of Reebok's DMX technology in the late '90s, they spread the love throughout all categories, including basketball. Chauncey Billups was the pitchman for these and we are not mad at him — or them — at all. Forgotten gems.

Back when baseball shoes were getting love on the streets, Reebok put together the Big Hurt for Frank Thomas of the Chicago White Sox. With the retro styles we see getting love today, we see no reason why the Hexalite-cushioned Big Hurt shouldn't get the same love. Could do a lot with those stripes.

He may have had small hands, but Shawn Kemp would definitley catch you slippin' when he drove to the basket in the AfterShok. Hexalite in the heel was the perfect complement to the shoe's aggressive design. They were like the Preacher OFF steroids.

After the success of the Kamikaze line (and his Seattle Super Sonics), Shawn Kemp was more than ready for an actual signature shoe. The Reignman paired Hexalite cushioning with a semi-shrouded upper that perfectly embraced the Pacific Northwest.

Year Released: 1991

Once upon a time, the blacktop was where the real on-court action took place. Reebok was all about the outdoor game and the reinforced outsole of the Reebok Blacktop Battleground let you get games in all summer long. They even gave you the Pump tech to keep the fit just right.

Year Released: 2001

To this day, they aren't many guards we can think of that can cross you up like Allen Iverson. Reebok has already put in the work to bring back the Question and the Answer 1 and IV. Why not throw the V in the mix as well?

The shroud has in itself made a comeback this year, so we thought it was only right to include the Reebok The Shroud — worn by Shawn Kemp, among others — on our list. The rumors around this one have been pretty strong, so we are hoping this one comes back soon.
