Adidas hit the archives and returned with two legendary Megaride silhouettes, the Megaride and the Megaride O1, to celebrate the range’s 20th anniversary.
The Megaride features a textured mesh upper for breathability, reinforced by a synthetic mudguard for added durability. TPU stripes with a padded neoprene collar offer enhanced comfort and support. Of course, the shoe is adorned with Adidas’ iconic three stripes—which have been given a reflective twist—and has lightweight cushioning and a durable rubber outsole for reliable traction.
The Megaride O1 builds on this design with a sandwich mesh upper and welded elements, drawing inspiration from the original Ultraride model, Adidas’ first A3 bounce structure shoe. It departs from the Megaride’s outsole design by only featuring a half-length Megaride OG unit, switching the other half for overlasting in the forefoot, creating a sleek, modern look with a distinctive "floating" design.
