For the second year in a row, the red-hot Philadelphia 76ers are raising money for children in Philly with a special charity auction.
Today, the Sixers Youth Foundation, a nonprofit organization founded by the 76ers that focuses on youth development in the city, announced it has partnered with Goldin Auctions to auction off game-worn and autographed sneakers from past and current 76ers players. In addition to the shoes, fans will have the opportunity to grab special items from the team including NBA stars Joel Embiid and James Harden’s All-Star jerseys.
“We are honored to partner with the Sixers Youth Foundation to benefit communities across the Delaware Valley,” Ken Goldin, the Goldin’s founder and executive chairman, said. “The positive impact the organization has made on countless young people over the last several years is inspiring and we could not be more excited to lend our marketplace to this team and this cause. Be sure to show your support for a great organization and bid on some incredible items at the same time.”
The auction is currently live and will conclude on Monday, March 14. Readers who are interested in placing a bid on the items can do so here.
