Nike has plenty of Zoom Vomero 5 releases planned for 2023, as seen through various styles that have been made available and leaked images that preview the abundance of variations still on the horizon.
Nike introduced its performance Zoom Vomero+ running line in 2006, with the now-popular Zoom Vomero 5 arriving in 2010. The fifth version of the Nike Vomero was touted for its redesigned midfoot, which was created to help heel strikers transition smoothly through a toe-off motion when running. While the brand still introduces new versions of the Vomero every year, it has since transitioned the Vomero 5 into a lifestyle sneaker with its recent retros.
The Nike Zoom Vomero 5 has returned to retail on several occasions since its original release, most notably with A-Cold-Wall’s collab in 2018. The recent reissues of the Nike Zoom Vomero 5 kicked off late last year and since then, general-release versions of the shoe have been popping up on the launch calendar of chain retailers.
