The Air Jordan 3 has been referenced countless times by other sneakers, Jordan and otherwise.
As recently as last year Nike took advantage of the shoe for a hybrid design in the Nike Zoom Vapor Tour AJ3, and custom sneaker creators are often doing the same with the original colorways.
Taking things absolutely too far though is this pair of Timberland boots spotted by grime rapper Skepta, which has a painted on look made to mimic the "Black/Cement" Jordan 3. Per his caption, Skepta seems to have spotted the sneakers in Los Angeles's Fairfax district.
