The Nike Air Force 1 Mid has long been the least talked-about of the Low/Mid/High AF1 trio, but it had some hits at the start of 2015. There were those Air Jordan 1-looking pairs and then this version that rode the Cork wave. Since then though, the shoe has been sort of quiet.
It's back this time with the metallic navy/squadron blue combination shown here. The official images pulled from Nike almost make some of the upper's panels look velvet, but it's difficult to discern if that's exactly what's going on with this pair (Suede would be the more likely material choice).
