A limited pair of Nike Lebron 14s was the cause of much commotion in New York City on Friday. The Nike LeBron 14 "Out of Nowhere," a shoe that's only released at a handful of retailers so far, launched at Foot Locker's House of Hoops location on 34th St. this morning. Social media videos from the launch show commotion erupting in front of the store.
@footlocker that was very unprofessional and disrespectful for your loyal customers (I spend thousands of dollars a year) #34thSt #Lebron14 pic.twitter.com/MLowszTlio
It's unclear from the videos posted exactly how the fight began—nobody is answering the phone at House of Hoops either—but it appears to have ended with a broken door out front at the sneaker store. Foot Locker has not responded to Sole Collector's request for a comment on the situation.
