Like Antonio Brown, Odell Beckham Jr. is using his cleats to pay tribute to cultural icons.
Tonight, the New York Giants receiver is playing in custom Nike cleats by Kickasso bearing portraits of Stevie Wonder and Ray Charles. For extra flair, Kickasso added red glitter to the plate. If the accompanying caption is any indication, the cleats may also be a reference to the Lil' Wayne lyric, "Ray Charles to the bullsh*t," indirectly representing Beckham's mindset following recent on-field controversies.
Unlike Brown, Beckham has been allowed to play in his custom cleats. The Giants are playing the Packers now on NBC.
