Perhaps the world's most popular athlete, footballer Cristiano Ronaldo is being treated to another colorway of his "Patchwork" Nike Air Max 97.
Following the metallic gold pair that launched last Oct., this Portugal-flavored make-up is red-based, complemented by subtle hits of metallic gold and finished off with a black and white outsole. The patchwork concept was inspired by Ronaldo's childhood, when his mother would sew patches on the shoes he wore through while playing soccer.
