Pittsburgh Steelers cornerback Joe Haden is still nursing a broken fibula, but he still had cleats made for this week's league-wide My Cause, My Cleats campaign.

Supporting the Special Olympics, Haden had his Air Jordan 13 Low cleats reworked in the official colors of the organization, which empowers people with intellectual disabilities through sport. The special Olympics logo also appears on the tongue and heel.

Based on the materials and execution, this appears to be an official project worked on or commissioned by Jordan Brand. Players around the league are permitted to wear custom cleats representing a charity or cause close to them this weekend.

Haden will likely miss Monday's game, but still expects to return at some point this season.
