We're kicking off another eventful sneaker Saturday with a look back at the past week in celebrity sightings.
More than a year and a half after announcing his deal with Jordan Brand, Drake's first wide sneaker release is going down today. The "OVO" Air Jordan 10 is available at just about every boutique in the U.S. and Canada, but if you're reading this, it's too late.
In other big celebrity sneaker news, Kanye West is expected to unveil his Yeezy Season 2 collection at New York Fashion Week next week. And according to Highsnobiety, the new collection is not actually a collaboration with adidas, but Kanye did debut the black adidas Yeezy 750 Boost at the Givenchy fashion show last night.
Ending the adidas Yeezy 350 Boost's reign at the top, Air Jordans 1 and 7 were tied for Celebrity Sneaker of the Week honors. Ludacris, Tyreke Evans, Fat Joe and Young Thug were all spotted in the Air Jordan 7, while Erica Mena, Riff Raff, DJ Envy and Russell Westbrook all rocked the 7.
