After falling behind early, the Chicago Bears got back into the win column after topping the division rival Minnesota Vikings 21-13. Wide receiver Alshon Jeffery helped lead the way by catching 11 passes for 135 yards and a touchdown.
Jeffery did his work in a custom pair of Air Jordan 6 cleats. This following news that Nike issued a warning to its athletes about third party customization, threatening to terminate the contracts of athletes who do not comply.
We don’t know the specifics of Jeffery’s contract or just how much Nike plans to combat the customization of their products. From what we can see in the photos below, Jeffery’s Jordan cleats do not appear to feature any covered logos, so it may be a non-issue.
