Foot Locker and Nike are back at it again. After last month’s successful launch of the Nike Air Origins pack, which included exclusive ’90s-themed colorways of three iconic Air Max silhouettes, they’ve just dropped phase two of their popular “Discover Your Air” platform.

Last Friday (September 14th), Foot Locker released the Nike Air Frequency collection, which features the Air Max Plus, Air Max Plus / 97, and Air Max 95 in a striking yellow, black, and white colorway that is a direct callback to ’90s hip-hop. Retailing for about $160-170 a pair, the shoes can be purchased across Foot Locker’s family of brands, which includes Foot Locker, Footaction, and Champs Sports—both in stores and online.

As part of the latest release, Foot Locker also tapped Atlanta rapper Playboi Carti to “unearth” a sick time capsule that was filled with ’90s swag, including a bucket hat, slap bracelet, pager, and a fresh pair of the Nike Frequency Air Max Plus.

“Our Foot Locker shoppers have come to expect the most extensive collection on Nike Air products—and this summer is no different,” said Patrick Walsh, Vice President of Marketing for Foot Locker North America. “Tapping into the ’90s and the retro style trend, the Nike Air Origin and Frequency collections are dropping with a lot of anticipation. With these launches, the momentum of ‘Discover Your Air’ is just getting started.”
