Converse recently launched their standout collaboration with Los Angeles-based Brain Dead, pulling straight from the archive to create something wholly unique.
The focal point of the collaboration is the Chuck 70 silhouette, with prints pulled from iconic moments in the silhouettes history. Pattern deconstruction served as the starting point for the creative process, with existing moments being used to create a chaotic collage.
Prints showcased across the Chuck 70 include a variety of animal prints, the American flag, and camouflage. These design principles remain true across the apparel portion of the collaboration, with accessories taking the same pick 'n' mix approach, whereas t-shirt opts for more traditional feeling Brain Dead graphics.
