The pair belongs to Sean Wotherspoon and according to a tweet directed at Sole Collector's Brandon Richard, he did it to display in his Los Angeles shop, Round Two. And based on reactions on social media, Wotherspoon got exactly what he wanted. Whether you like the pair or not is pretty much irrelevant considering its his and his alone.
