After being previewed a few months back, The NikeLab Sock Dart "Be True," which has a rainbow-like plastic strap, has a release date.
NikeLab's Instagram account just announced that these sneakers will release on June 30 on NikeLab's website along with select retailers. This news comes at a pivotal time, too. Since the "Be True" campaign is made to celebrate LGBT pride, it's interesting that Nike planned the reveal around the same time as the U.S. Supreme Court declared that the Constitution guarantees a right to same-sex marriage.
The "Be True" Sock Darts will retail for $130.
UPDATE (July 8, 1:18 p.m.):
The Drop Date has confirmed that these sneakers will release tomorrow on Nikestore Europe at 9 a.m. BST, which is 4 a.m. in the U.S.
