Sneaker art is nothing new. From insane customs to digital renderings, there's no shortage of creativity amongst sneakerheads. Still, we're willing to bet you've never seen it done quite like this.

Since January, Instagram user Chris Teguh (@bigasianchris) has been uploading shots of what he calls 'Sole Stitches', which are intricately designed string art interpretations of some of his favorite sneakers. Equipped with a hammer, nails, thread, and plywood, Teguh's work takes every detail into account. The Jumpman on the heel of the Air Jordan XIs? It's there. The zipper on the adidas Yeezy 750 Boost? Nailed it.

Check out select works from Teguh below and head over to his Instagram for the full scope.
